Happy ending for Nano, the cat missing in Santa Isabel: "He's been found"

Anyone with pets knows the heart-stopping feeling of losing one. That is exactly what happened to Beatriz, a Santa Isabel resident who posted signs and shared messages on social media after her cat, Nano, went missing. The incident occurred around 14 hours ago, and neighbors quickly began searching the surrounding area. Fortunately, it was all just a scare.

Nano kept wandering the streets of his neighborhood, and wherever he appeared, one of the residents would take a picture to document where he was. "I think they said they had seen a little cat at the entrance to Mercadona," one passerby posted, prompting a joking reply that he was waiting for the "new pâté."

Beatriz thanked the community for helping recover Nano.

Nano's adventure did not end at Mercadona. He turned up at a neighbor's home: "Good afternoon, this little cat has appeared at my door, Calle Norte 10. He is very docile and must have escaped from someone's house." That image was the key to helping his owner find out where to go so her cat could return home.

"He's been found. He was picked up in the street while I was on my way to your house. Thank you all so, so much," Beatriz posted on social media, making it clear that Nano was safe and sound after his adventure around Santa Isabel.
