Specifically, there will be three food trucks offering gluten-free options: ByeByeBlat, Molarepa and Sabor a Pirineo. Their menus will feature everything from fast food and dishes to share to Venezuelan specialities. These are the dishes announced, along with their respective prices, for the 2026 Pilar Fiestas.
BYEBYEBLAT: GLUTEN-FREE BURGERS, CROQUETTES AND BRAVAS
ByeByeBlat will be one of the stops for anyone looking for food-truck classics in a gluten-free version. Its menu includes a Girona beef burger for 12 euros, a chicken burger for 12 euros and a vegetarian or vegan burger, also for 12 euros. This is an especially appealing option for those looking for a substantial meal without giving up vegetarian choices.
The selection is rounded out by several dishes to snack on or share. There will be fingers for 8 euros, croquettes for 8 euros and patatas bravas for 7 euros. In this way, ByeByeBlat will offer six different options during the Pilar Fiestas.
MOLAREPA: AREPAS AND VENEZUELAN FLAVOURS
The second option will be Molarepa, with a menu centred around arepas. Diners can choose between the Pelúa arepa, made with shredded beef and cheese, for 10 euros; the Reina, made with chicken, avocado, coriander and mayonnaise, for 10 euros; and the Mixta, which combines shredded beef, Reina filling and cheese, for 12.50 euros. There will also be a bacon and cheese arepa for 9.50 euros and a cheese arepa for 8 euros.
The menu continues with papas locas for 10 euros, prepared with potatoes, bacon, shredded meat and cheese, as well as French fries for 5 euros. Molarepa also announces tequeños for 9.50 euros.
SABOR A PIRINEO: BROKEN EGGS, NACHOS AND POTATOES
Sabor a Pirineo will have one of the most extensive menus. Its options include patatas bravas with homemade sauce for 8 euros, parsley alioli potatoes for 8 euros and artisanal free-range chicken nuggets for 10 euros. These are joined by a wide selection of broken eggs: with foie for 10 euros, chicken and truffle for 11 euros, ham for 11 euros, chistorra for 10 euros, sausage and mushrooms for 10 euros, and gulas al Orio for 10 euros.
There will also be meat-free alternatives, such as broken eggs with vegetables for 10 euros, listed as a vegetarian option, and nachos with guacamole and pico de gallo for 10 euros, listed as a vegan option. Nachos with hot cheese and sesame seeds will cost 10 euros, while XL potatoes will be priced at 5 euros. As a result, people with celiac disease will have a range of options to eat and share during their visit to the Food Trucks area at the 2026 Pilar Fiestas.
