The incident occurred at around 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, when a patrol from the Central District Unit was carrying out preventive duties in the area near Navarra Avenue.
During the operation, officers identified the man and found that he was the subject of an outstanding warrant issued by a Criminal Court in Zaragoza. According to the Zaragoza Local Police incident report, the case involved physical abuse within the family.
As a result of the judicial order against him, the officers arrested him. The man was subsequently brought before the judicial authority that had ordered his search and arrest.
