Rally in Ardisa calls for repairs to the A-125

The demand for a safer road has once again brought together residents and users from Ayerbe, Biscarrués and Ardisa, who are calling for concrete action without further delays. Residents gathered in Ardisa today to once again demand repairs to the A-125, a vital route connecting the municipalities.

The rally is part of a series of local mobilizations aimed at keeping this demand alive and reminding authorities that driving on the A-125 means facing risks that should not exist on a public road. The poor condition of the road surface, numerous potholes and deformations, deteriorated edges, the lack of shoulders and adequate road markings, as well as deficiencies in the drainage ditches, turn many sections into dangerous spots.

THE RALLIES WILL CONTINUE

The announcement of a planned investment of €8.36 million for the comprehensive improvement of the section between Ardisa and Ayerbe was welcomed as an important step. However, the announced budget distribution, with only €50,000 earmarked for 2027 and most of the investment postponed to subsequent years, has caused concern among those affected.

The rallies will continue until there is a response guaranteeing an effective solution. Road safety cannot wait, and those who live and work in our villages have the same right to decent and safe transport links.
