During his speech, Mateos highlighted the importance of maintaining these kinds of events at a company that continues to evolve. “This event allows us to share where we want to go and, above all, to do so together. We have important challenges ahead and want to address them through an organization that is increasingly safe, efficient and prepared, while always placing people at the center of our evolution,” he said.
The Itesal general manager also stressed the importance of continuing to learn and developing new capabilities to address the challenges ahead. “The future requires us to evolve continuously. To achieve this, we need to learn, share knowledge, develop our talent and be able to improve the way we work every day. This capacity for learning will enable us to transform Itesal and continue growing,” Mateos said.
During the event, the employees themselves played a leading role, sharing experiences and reflections in different settings and activities. The program was completed with a motivational talk focused on aspects such as adaptability, motivation and teamwork.

During the gathering, Itesal presented the main strategic priorities that will continue to shape its future, organized around five projects: ITESAL SEGURA, aimed at strengthening prevention and consolidating a safety culture shared across the organization; ITESAL FUTURA, focused on attracting and developing talent and strengthening leadership; ITESAL EFICIENTES, designed to optimize processes, boost productivity and advance continuous improvement; ITESAL CRECE, which promotes growth based on differentiation and providing customers with value beyond the product; and ITESAL INSPIRA, which places learning and knowledge sharing at the heart of the company's transformation and development.
In Mateos's words, “these five projects set out the path we want to follow in the coming years. Safety, talent, efficiency, growth and learning are connected and reflect a single way of understanding Itesal's future: moving forward with clear objectives, continuing to improve and doing so with the support of the people who make up the company.”
