The offer includes one- and two-bedroom apartments in the Urano and Venus buildings, as well as homes with up to four bedrooms in Piscis. Centauro also has two- and three-bedroom apartments, while Aries offers homes with one to three bedrooms. Of the total, seven homes have been adapted for people with reduced mobility, and a further six are specifically reserved for large families. In addition, the five buildings have a combined total of 108 parking spaces and 126 storage units.
The developments have been designed according to energy-efficiency criteria and have an A energy rating, with the aim of reducing household consumption. The buildings also have communal areas to encourage interaction among residents. Most of the homes come with an associated parking space and storage unit, although not all include both.
RENTALS FROM 328 EUROS A MONTH
The average rent in Valdefierro will be 556 euros per month, although the amount will depend on the floor area of each home and its associated spaces. The lowest rents will start at 328 euros for the smallest apartments in the Venus building, while the largest homes in Piscis will cost up to 926 euros. The calculation is based on seven euros per square metre of usable living space and 4.20 euros for parking spaces and storage units.
These prices include the home and the parking space and storage unit when they are associated with the property, but not community fees, which will be paid separately. Interested applicants will be able to consult the features and eligibility conditions from November 6 at www.alquilerasequiblezaragoza.com and by calling 976 23 16 66. The registration form will become available in mid-November and must be completed exclusively online. The lottery will subsequently be held before a notary.
To apply for one of these homes, applicants must be registered as residents in Aragon, must not own another property and must meet the income limits established for protected housing. In addition, the rent may not exceed 30% of the household’s net income, and the size of the home must correspond to the number of people who will live there. The expectation is that the first tenants will be able to move in at the end of 2026 or, at the latest, in early 2027.
