Of the 27 positions awarded, 21 correspond to open recruitment and six to internal promotion. Most of the new posts are concentrated in Zaragoza’s Home Emergency Services (EDO), where 19 positions have been filled. The remainder is divided among Zaragoza’s Emergency Coordination Center, with three doctors; the Zaragoza Management Office, with one position; and the Advanced Life Support Services (SVA) in Huesca, Zaragoza, Sabiñánigo and Teruel, where a further four positions have been awarded.
The selection process grouped into a single competitive examination the Emergency and Urgent Care Doctor positions included in the 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 Public Employment Offers. The call was formalized through resolutions published on April 3 and July 25, 2025.
