Ester Muñoz in Zaragoza: “While Sánchez dances from rally to rally, Spain’s cities are burning”

The PP spokesperson in Congress, Ester Muñoz, said in Zaragoza that it was “incomprehensible” for Spain’s prime minister to dance from rally to rally while the country’s cities are burning. She described Pedro Sánchez as “frivolous and irresponsible” and criticized him for saying “absolutely nothing.”

These remarks came during her visit to Zaragoza’s Central Market, accompanied by the president of Aragon, Jorge Azcón, who gave her a blue bracelet featuring the Virgin of the Pillar. Together with several Aragonese PP officials, they walked through the corridors of this emblematic city building, where they spoke with those present.

FEIJÓO’S REFORM PROJECT

The PP politician argued that in this election, Spaniards are choosing between allowing “Pedro Sánchez to resolve his legal problems in the coming years while remaining in Spain’s government” or having Feijóo lead a “reform project aimed at improving Spaniards’ lives.”

Muñoz called on the left to condemn violence and on Sánchez to guarantee order, security and freedom in Spain. “And if he is unable to do so, he should leave now,” she said. She also referred to recent reports that the UCO is documenting “that allegedly irregular financing” of the Socialist Party and that Moroccan Navy vessels were in Spanish waters when the assault on Ceuta took place.

“We have a country with one city still under invasion, while its other cities are also burning. And Pedro Sánchez says absolutely nothing. He devotes himself to kissing his wife and dancing from rally to rally. I believe Spain deserves a serious prime minister who puts his country before everything else and devotes himself to solving citizens’ problems. And that is what these elections are about,” the PP politician concluded.

PP AND VOX AGREEMENT FOR THE SENATE

Jorge Azcón, after praising Ester Muñoz, assessed the agreement between the PP and Vox for the Senate: “It is an intelligent agreement that seeks to unite the vote, with the fundamental objective of rebuilding Spain.” He described the move as a response to the left’s attempt to “change the rules of democracy.”

According to the president of Aragon, it is a “success” because it allows all parties to “compete on equal terms.” He therefore congratulated those who made possible an agreement that “will respect the will of the people of Aragon and of Spaniards.”
