They lamented that with his passing, “Aragón has lost a figure closely linked to the political, economic and institutional life of our region over recent decades and, above all, a person who made dialogue, approachability and the constant pursuit of agreements a way of understanding public service.”
Regarding the historic PAR leader, they highlighted his commitment to social dialogue: “Arturo Aliaga always understood that Aragón’s economic and social progress had to be built on understanding between public administrations, business organizations and trade unions.” They stressed that he always maintained “constant and close communication” with social partners, even during the moments of “greatest difficulty.”
In the memory of CEPYME Aragón, his “permanent willingness to build bridges and forge consensus will remain, essential values for social dialogue and for a society capable of moving forward through agreement.” They also wished to thank him for his dedication to Aragón. “Rest in peace, Arturo Aliaga. Our recognition and remembrance for a lifetime in the service of Aragón,” the statement concludes.
