Utebo learns when it will play its postponed Copa del Rey first-round match

Following the suspension of the Copa del Rey round prompted by the tragic death of CD Tenerife player Jesús de Miguel, the Royal Spanish Football Federation has set new dates and kick-off times for the matches originally scheduled for November 3, 4 and 5. The fixtures include the last Aragonese team competing in this stage of the cup tournament: Utebo F.C.
Utebo learns when it will play its postponed Copa del Rey first-round match

The team now knows when it will play its postponed match in the first round of a knockout tournament that will resume next Tuesday, November 10. However, Utebo will have to wait until Wednesday, November 18, when Santa Ana is expected to be dressed up for the visit of Segunda División side Sabadell.

The ball is scheduled to start rolling on the Zaragoza field at 7:00 p.m. in a match that has already been postponed twice. The first postponement was due to the tragic rail accident in the province of Toledo, while the latest one followed the sad death of Tenerife player Jesús de Miguel.

In fact, the only Copa del Rey match without a date or kick-off time is Badajoz-Tenerife. The ordeal facing the Tenerife club following the loss of one of its own has been a compelling reason not to set a date yet for a match that will eventually bring the Copa del Rey first round to a close.
