The bullring's new operator, Roberto Becerril, has decided to keep Alonso in charge of managing and coordinating the venue. This will ensure continuity for the work carried out in recent years, as well as the experience accumulated in the daily management of the Coso de Pignatelli.
Alonso will thus begin a new phase within the project led by Becerril and Conphia Urbana SL, with an immediate date on the calendar: the 2026 Feria del Pilar.
Following the formalization of the lease contract by the Provincial Council of Zaragoza, the new company is already working on organizing and preparing all the necessary aspects for the staging of the next bullfighting fair.
