The menus feature Aragonese products such as ternasco, options with fish and seafood, vegetarian dishes and alternatives designed for families. Prices in this selection range from 49 to 65 euros per person.

These are six Zaragoza restaurants that already have a special menu for Pilar Day 2026.

PARRILLA ALBARRACÍN: A MENU WITH THE FLAVORS OF ARAGON

For Pilar Day, Parrilla Albarracín is offering a menu centered on some of the most recognizable products in Aragonese cuisine. The 2026 offering costs 55 euros per person and includes bread, water and wine.

Parrilla Albarracín restaurant is located in Plaza de Nuestra Señora del Carmen.

The menu begins with freshly sliced Teruel ham served with artisan bread, followed by a salad of Barbastro pink tomato with a salmorejo base and chicken cannelloni in chilindrón sauce. The main course is roasted Aragon ternasco shoulder with panaderas potatoes. To finish, the restaurant has prepared a dulce de leche flan with Lotus biscuit crumble and yogurt ice cream. It is an option for those who want to celebrate Pilar Day with a traditional meal featuring Aragonese products.

It also offers a menu for the youngest members of the family, up to 12 years old, with several dishes to choose from, such as ham croquettes, Bolognese pasta or chicken breast fingers. This menu includes water, juice or a soft drink and a dessert of choice for just 25 euros.

LA BOCCA: A 49.95-EURO MENU

La Bocca Mediterranean mood has also prepared a specific offering for lunch on October 12. The 2026 Pilar Day menu costs 49.95 euros per person, including bread, water, wine and coffee.

La Bocca is a restaurant specializing in rice dishes.

The meal begins with a gratinated zamburiña with Genovese pesto, followed by tuna belly with wood-roasted peppers and asparagus tips, and a creamy oxtail rice dish with crispy pecorino cheese.

The main courses include turbot loin with Orio sauce, sautéed seasonal mushrooms and a ternasco of Aragon fillet with rosemary potatoes and its own jus. Dessert is a caramelized brioche torrija with leche merengada ice cream. The menu is for full tables and requires advance booking.

They also offer a children's menu for 24.50 euros, featuring a mixed starter of Russian salad, croquettes and calamari, followed by ternasco ribs with French fries, dessert and a drink.

MARENGO URBAN FOOD: A 49.95-EURO OFFERING

Marengo Urban Food is also joining the options for eating out on Pilar Day with a special menu priced at 49.95 euros per person, including bread, water, coffee and wine. The offering is available exclusively on October 12 and requires advance booking.

The menu begins with a piquillo pepper stuffed with spider crab and XO sauce, followed by a warm salad of shiitake mushrooms, prawns and flame-grilled avocado, and Iberian pork cheek and foie gras cannelloni with truffle béchamel. For the main course, diners can choose between turbot loin with confit leeks and gremolata or an Aragon ternasco fillet with panaderas potatoes and Spanish sauce. To finish, Marengo offers a caramelized brioche torrija with peach and wine ice cream.

This menu is complemented by an offering for the youngest members of the family. The children's menu, priced at 24.50 euros, includes a mixed starter of Russian salad, croquettes and calamari, ternasco ribs with French fries, a children's dessert and a drink.

TRES MARES: DINING OPPOSITE THE EBRO

Tres Mares Restaurante I Plaza del Pilar y Ebro offers one of the special menus in a location closest to the Pilar area, beside the Ebro and the Stone Bridge. Its Pilar Day menu costs 59 euros per person and includes water, bread and D.O. Cariñena wines.

The offering begins with a Teruel ham croquette and tomato salmorejo with cured sardine and olive oil caviar. The starter is a timbale of escalivada and prawns with a dried-fruit vinaigrette.

The fish course is cod with roasted peppers and purrusalda pilpil sauce, while the meat is ternasco shoulder with panaderas potatoes and piquillo peppers. The menu ends with a dessert named Manto del Pilar.

Tres Mares also caters to children with a 28-euro children's menu. The starter is meat cannelloni with Bolognese sauce, the main course is chicken fingers with French fries, and dessert is a chocolate coulant with popcorn and vanilla ice cream.

ZALAMERO CENTRO: A MEDITERRANEAN OFFERING IN THE HEART OF THE CITY

Zalamero Centro, located in Plaza de Salamero, has prepared a special menu for October 12, 2026. The offering costs 50 euros, and there is also a children's option for 25 euros.

Zalamero restaurant is one of the best options for eating out on Pilar Day.

The menu begins with cecina and Parmesan croquettes with green apple cream and continues with two dishes to share: a salad of spider crab and lobster with scarlet shrimp emulsion, and a creamy rice dish with borage and longaniza.

Next, diners have a first course of cod loin with mushroom cream and wild asparagus and young garlic Orio sauce, followed by a half roasted ternasco shoulder with panaderas potatoes. Dessert is a cheesecake and pistachio tart with chocolate soil and Baileys cream. The offering includes D.O. Calatayud Garnacha wines.

The children's menu includes cold and hot assorted starters, barbecued ribs and a surprise box.

EL CACHIRULO: A 65-EURO MENU WITH A RONDALLA AND CACHIRULO

El Cachirulo restaurant has designed a special offering for Pilar Day on October 12, priced at 65 euros per person, including VAT. In addition to the meal, the menu includes a jota music rondalla performance and a gift for each diner: a personalized cachirulo and a Pilar ribbon.

The offering begins with two appetizers: borage vichyssoise with Iberian ham salt and a mini brioche with Graus longaniza. This is followed by a small timbale of pink tomato, confit cod and apple vinaigrette.

The fish is roasted hake stuffed with ham, served with leek velouté and wild asparagus, while the meat is a portion of Aragon ternasco shoulder with panaderas potatoes. Dessert consists of a homemade cheesecake with Calanda peach ice cream. The menu includes white wine, red wine, cava, bread, water and coffee.

In addition, the first drink costs an extra six euros and can be enjoyed after the meal in the restaurant's gardens.

As might be expected, El Cachirulo also offers a children's menu called "Little Baturro Menu," which includes gratinated meat cannelloni, ternasco ribs with French fries and a cachi-box of ice cream for dessert, as well as bread, water and a soft drink.
