From traditional pretzels and German sausages to roasted pork knuckle, ribs and burgers, the 2026 Valdespartera Oktoberfest menu offers options for snacking, sharing or having dinner. Food prices range from 3 euros for a pretzel to 16.50 euros for the Oktober Platter, while desserts will also be available to provide a sweet ending to the night.
THE BEERS YOU CAN DRINK AT THE 2026 VALDESPARTERA OKTOBERFEST
Beer will once again be the main attraction and will be served in one-liter steins for 13 euros. Among the varieties announced is Maisel's Weisse, a 5.2% wheat beer with a characteristic reddish sheen and fruity, spicy notes. The Aktien Landbier Dunkel, a dark Franconian beer at 5.3%, will also be available; it is robust and full-bodied.
It will be joined by Grevensteiner, an unfiltered 5.2% German lager that is smooth and light, brewed with spring water and freshly harvested hops. For those who prefer other drinks, the menu includes water for 1 euro and soft drinks for 3 euros, as well as energy drinks for 4 euros, mojitos and mixed drinks for 9 euros, kalimotxo for 10 euros and shots for 3 euros.
WHAT TO EAT AT THE 2026 OKTOBERFEST: SAUSAGES, PORK KNUCKLE, RIBS AND BURGERS
To start, the Valdespartera Oktoberfest menu features two simple appetizers. The most recognizable is the pretzel, priced at 3 euros: traditional German braided bread topped with coarse salt. A portion of French fries will also be available for 6 euros, served with ketchup and mustard.
Sausages account for a large part of the food selection. The Frankfurt sausage costs 6.50 euros and is made with pork and smoked over beechwood; for the same price, guests can order the Bratwurst, with a touch of natural lemon, and the Pikantwurst, made with a blend of spicy seasonings. All three are served with sauerkraut. Those who want to try them all can order the Oktober Platter for 16.50 euros, which includes one of each variety, also served with sauerkraut.
Among the more substantial dishes are two classics to share or enjoy when you are really hungry. The roasted pork knuckle costs 14 euros and is cooked at a low temperature to keep the meat juicy and tender, topped with golden, crispy skin. Also priced at 14 euros is the low-temperature roasted pork rib rack. This section is rounded out by chicken wings for 7.50 euros and nuggets for 7 euros, both served with barbecue sauce.
The 2026 Oktoberfest menu also makes room for burgers. The Cheese Burger costs 10.50 euros and comes with 150 grams of beef, cheddar and bacon, while the Depredadora Burger, priced at 12.50 euros, combines beef, pulled pork, mayobacon sauce and cheddar. The most substantial option costs 15 euros: a 150-gram Black Angus burger with bacon, cheese, caramelized onion, Oktoberfest sauce, cheddar sauce and Doritos.
THE SWEET TOUCH OF THE OKTOBERFEST
After sausages, pork knuckle and beer, there will also be room for dessert. The menu offers two options, both priced at 4 euros: a chilled cheesecake with a cookie base and a chocolate brownie with pieces of walnut, crisp on the outside and tender inside.
In this way, the 2026 Valdespartera Oktoberfest will once again be much more than an event for drinking beer during the Fiestas del Pilar. Those who visit the tent from October 9 to 25 will be able to complete the experience with some of the essentials of German cuisine and other more casual options, with food available from 3 euros.
