An Untitled, Never-Before-Seen Film: Zaragoza Cinemas’ New Secret Screening

A never-before-seen film—a preview screening—will be shown without viewers knowing anything about it. That is the bet Palafox cinemas are making for the second year in a row in one of their theaters. It is a “unique experience” for film lovers, although only a few details are known. The secret screening will take place next Monday, November 9, from 8:00 p.m.

In addition, Palafox cinemas have shared two clues through their social media channels. The first is that the film runs for less than two hours and is not recommended for anyone under 16. Tickets are already available on the Palafox cinemas website.

The event is also part of the efforts Palafox Cinemas have been making in recent months to turn some of their screenings into experiences that go beyond a conventional film showing.

This Thursday, November 5, José Mota will visit the theaters to present Arriba Tutto, his first film as a director, and hold a discussion with viewers. Just a few days ago, the cinemas also held their II Halloween Marathon, featuring five horror films throughout the night, four of them kept secret, with John Carpenter’s The Thing the only title revealed in advance. Other special screenings, previews, discussions and marathons have also been added, as the cinema seeks to play precisely with surprise and build a more direct relationship with its audience.
