This Wednesday at 12:00 p.m., Cines Palafox will open presales for early screenings of "Dune: Part Three," which will arrive in theaters on December 15. Zaragoza viewers will thus have the opportunity to watch the new film before its general release and in two formats specially designed to enhance the production's spectacle: IMAX at Cines Palafox and 70MM in the original subtitled version (VOSE) at Cines Aragonia.
These two options will provide a particularly immersive experience of the gigantic interplanetary universe created in Dune, both because of its visual scale and the quality of the projection. Cines Palafox and Cines Aragonia will be the only theaters in the city where viewers can attend the early screening of "Dune: Part Three."
In this new installment, the story moves forward seventeen years after Paul Atreides ascended to the throne. Having become the Messiah of Arrakis, Paul rules while the jihad carried out in his name has caused billions of deaths. Haunted by visions of an inevitable extinction, he must confront a dangerous conspiracy involving the Bene Gesserit, the Tleilaxu and the Spacing Guild. Meanwhile, Chani grapples with the rejection of an empire she does not recognize, while the return of a specter from the past threatens to endanger everything that has been built.
TICKET PRESALE
For the presale opening, a single screening in each format will be available, so Cines Palafox recommends that interested viewers purchase their tickets as soon as sales go live. Presales will begin this Wednesday, September 9, at 12:00 p.m. through the Cines Palafox and Cines Aragonia websites, for IMAX and 70MM respectively.
