The singer will headline one of the Pilar Festival’s regular music events, organized by LOS40 and Radio Zaragoza. Previous editions have attracted tens of thousands of people, with artists including Ana Mena, Vicco, Naiara and Juanjo Bona taking the stage.
FROM AURYN TO ONE OF THE VOICES OF SPANISH POP
Dani Fernández will arrive in Zaragoza after a career that began when he was barely a teenager. At 14, he represented Spain at the 2006 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with Te doy mi voz and finished in fourth place. Shortly afterward, one of the defining moments of his career came when he joined Auryn in 2009, one of Spain’s most successful boy bands among young audiences at the time. The group eventually split in 2016.

After that period, Fernández began building a solo career. His first album, Incendios, was released in 2019 and opened a new chapter with songs such as Bailemos, Disparos and Te esperaré toda la vida. That record marked the starting point of an independent career through which the artist has gradually moved away from his beginnings in Auryn to find a more personal sound and identity.
Among the songs particularly associated with his early solo years is 6 de septiembre, a track he began showcasing to the public before releasing his first album and which ultimately became part of Incendios alongside Andrés Suárez. Over the years, it has become one of the songs most recognizable to his fans.

His performance will take place on October 11, during the first full weekend of the Pilar Festival. LOS40 Pilar Pop will once again be part of a music program that each year turns different spaces across Zaragoza into stages for concerts and events featuring a wide range of styles.
