With more than 500,000 spectators and around 2,000 performances worldwide behind it, Teatro Che y Moche and its "El Funeral" return to Teatro de las Esquinas to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of this unique comedy with one performance each month.
Explosive and mischievous characters, spectacular staging and live music, together with the unpredictability of improvisation, turn this "funeral" into an incredible experience that is difficult to describe for those attending. The exceptional and brilliant Ukrainian violinist Tereza Polyvka, alongside the outstanding cast of Spanish musicians and actors, make up an ensemble that will seek to revive the production’s comic and musical spirit.

"El Funeral" is an original comedy featuring live music and theatre, where humor and spectacle merge to create a fresh and different production full of irony. On this occasion, and in light of such an exceptional celebration, the company has introduced surprises and new musical numbers for all those loyal followers who, after two decades, decide to attend again or even see it for a third time, transforming the auditorium into a space for the theatrical action and spectators into unexpected actors in "El Funeral". With thousands of performances, it is undoubtedly one of the most widely performed Spanish productions of recent decades.
