A total of 35 municipal sports centers have spaces available for these reservations, including sports halls, indoor swimming pools, outdoor multi-sports courts, tennis courts, fronton courts, multipurpose rooms and other facilities for different sports disciplines.
This second period is aimed at organizations running activities in different areas. The sports initiation segment includes parent associations, clubs and organizations promoting school-age sports activities, from pre-benjamin to cadet categories. Public and subsidized schools can also apply for spaces to deliver curricular physical education, as can the City Council's Social and Employment Centers.
The period also covers applications for competitive and recreational activities, both federated and non-federated sports, from youth to senior categories. It also includes leisure activities, courses and organized activities, as well as water-based activities.
'JUEGAS EN CASA'
The 'Juegas en casa' campaign aims to facilitate and organize sports organizations' access to municipal facilities, promoting better planning of the spaces and time slots available throughout the season. In previous years, the Sports Facilities Service processed nearly 1,000 applications across the two reservation periods.
Applications are submitted through the municipal website, with the aim of simplifying the process for organizations and improving facility management. The form allows applicants to enter details about the organization, the team or activity group, payment information, and the requested space and time slot.
This second reservation period allows clubs, organizations and educational centers to plan ahead for their use of municipal sports facilities during the next academic year and season, within the offering available across the municipal network.
