The return to regular service will take place across the entire urban bus network and coincides with the start of the school year, one of the times of year when demand for public transport increases. The tram, for its part, had already restored its regular frequencies at the beginning of September.

Mobility and Infrastructure Councillor, José Miguel Rodrigo, highlighted that this marks the city's "return to full service" once the summer period has ended. "Changes to frequencies during the summer are completely typical and necessary," he said, explaining that they make it possible to adjust supply to the drop in passenger numbers and coordinate staff shifts and holidays at Avanza.
With daily routines resuming, buses will return to their usual service frequency to handle the increase in travel brought by the start of the school year.
