The new establishment is the relocated store with which G Gardens Vintage began its journey in La Magdalena, although the brand is keeping its San Félix Street location open, which celebrates its second anniversary this month. The company now has two stores in central Zaragoza and aims to help create a distinctive “vintage route” through the Historic Center.
A NEW STORE WITH THE SAME PHILOSOPHY
The move does not represent a change in the way G Gardens Vintage operates. The brand’s offering is based on an individual selection of vintage garments from different decades, styles and designers. "The brand’s philosophy is to select garments one by one and look for the best vintage across Europe," Manzanares explains in an interview with ARAGÓN DIGITAL.
To achieve this, the team personally travels in search of new pieces. One of its main destinations is northern France, although the number of suppliers in Spain has also increased in recent years. Each garment is chosen individually based on factors such as the decade it belongs to, its quality, its designer and, especially, its exclusivity. "They are selected one by one. From different decades, qualities, designers or non-designers, but placing a strong emphasis on the quality and exclusivity of vintage clothing," the manager says.

Trips to renew the collection do not follow a fixed schedule either. The quantity of available garments determines when it is time to search for new stock. With the arrival of the autumn-winter season, the team has already made an initial trip to bring in part of the collection and plans to return when temperatures begin to drop in Zaragoza.
VINTAGE WINS OVER YOUNG PEOPLE
The opening of this second store comes at a time of growing interest in vintage clothing in Zaragoza. G Gardens Vintage says it has noticed this increase particularly among younger customers, whom it places in the 18-to-25 age range.
"It has certainly been noticeable, especially among young people," Manzanares explains. The manager points to the search for different garments as one of the main reasons behind this growth. "People are now looking for that exclusivity, those collections, those qualities and, above all, to dress differently from everyone else."
This search for unique pieces is accompanied by greater concern about quality. In contrast to the consumption model of large chains, vintage makes it possible to recover already-made garments that, in many cases, feature materials and finishes that are difficult to find today.

Quality is highly valued, but so is, to some extent, the culture of buying something that has already been made and whose quality is far greater than what is currently available in any store or multinational chain," she points out.
TWO STORES IN THE HISTORIC CENTER
With the move from La Magdalena to Méndez Núñez, G Gardens Vintage is not abandoning its commitment to Zaragoza. On the contrary, the brand is keeping its store on San Félix Street and is now embarking on a new stage with two locations very close to each other in the city.
Manzanares hopes the new location will also help strengthen local commerce in the historic center. "Local businesses need local people to come, shop and enjoy an experience with more personalized service," she insists.
That direct interaction is part of the store’s offering. G Gardens Vintage is not solely seeking to sell garments from past eras, but also to bring customers closer to the history behind them and explain how fashion has evolved over the decades. "That is also partly what we are looking for: interaction with people and telling them the story of fashion through the decades up to today," Manzanares concludes.
With the opening on Méndez Núñez, G Gardens Vintage is moving from La Magdalena to the historic center, while maintaining an unchanged philosophy based on selecting each piece individually, quality and the search for garments capable of making the people who wear them stand out.
