It is a closed circuit made up of curves, banked turns and small ramps that allows riders to move forward by using their own body momentum, without having to pedal or push constantly. In other words, it is a kind of roller coaster for bicycles, scooters or skateboards, where the bravest riders can link turns and changes in elevation while testing their skills. The new facility in San Juan de Mozarrifar will be located on Mosén M. López Artal Street.
THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD IS ONE MONTH ONCE THE WORKS ARE AWARDED
The project is currently "out to tender," and interested companies have until September 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., to submit their bids. Once the contract has been awarded, the works are scheduled to take 30 days. The project is worth 39,985.55 euros excluding VAT and is part of the initiatives promoted by Zaragoza City Council's Districts Department.
San Juan de Mozarrifar is thus joining the expansion of these types of spaces in Zaragoza. One of the latest to open was the facility in Garrapinillos, which included a pump track circuit for bicycles and skateboards.
