NEARLY 900 BUSINESSES TAKE PART IN THE CAMPAIGN

The initiative, organized together with Caja Rural de Teruel and local associations, with the support of the Government of Aragon, includes 882 establishments in nearly 80 municipalities this year. The campaign aims to encourage shopping during the autumn months and support businesses in both the main towns and rural areas.

To enter the draw, customers must make a purchase of more than €20 at one of the participating establishments and pay with Caja Rural de Teruel’s Tarjeta Amiga card. They must then send a photo of the receipt along with their contact details to the WhatsApp number 681 327 504.

A €1,000 PRIZE TO SPEND IN TERUEL

There is no limit on the number of entries: every purchase that meets the requirements allows customers to enter the draw again. The winner will receive a €1,000 voucher, which must be spent before December 31, 2026, at affiliated businesses in the province, ensuring that the full value of the prize remains in the area.

The campaign is linked to the Tarjeta Amiga, a free Visa card issued by Caja Rural de Teruel that has no issuance, maintenance or renewal fees and does not require customers to change banks. There are currently more than 47,000 cards, with annual growth of over 4,000 and monthly spending exceeding €8 million, according to data provided by the bank.

A CAMPAIGN RUNNING SINCE 2009

Cepyme Teruel has been organizing this type of initiative since 2009, distributing thousands of euros in prizes and involving hundreds of businesses and consumers. Its president, Daniel Giner, says these initiatives help strengthen customer confidence and support businesses that he considers essential to the economy and daily life of municipalities across Teruel province.
