The proclamation with a "neighborhood heart," parades and big-head figure processions will headline a program that also includes a communal paella, workshops, giant figures, dulzaina players and marching bands. Trio Tal Kual, Duo Kelale and the band Malaje will provide the music before a fireworks finale on the esplanade of Parque del Oeste.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11
- 6:30 p.m. Proclamation, "A Proclamation with a Neighborhood Heart," delivered by Camisetas Verdes from the neighborhood.
- 7:00 p.m. Grand parade and big-head figure gathering with DJ Testa.
- 7:30 p.m. Book presentation by Manuel Antonio Navascués of his work "The Mountain of Crystal Tears" at the Vientos del Pueblo Municipal Library.
- 9:00 p.m. Musical performance by Trio Tal Kual and lucky card in the festival tent.
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12
- 11:00 a.m. Whip-making workshop and big-head figure exhibition in the festival tent.
- 11:30 a.m. "Let's Dance!" Zumba activity in the Parque del Oeste amphitheater.
- 12:30 p.m. Regional dances with giant figures and dulzaina players from the Casetas Comparsa in the festival tent.
- 2:30 p.m. Communal paella and lucky card in the festival tent.
- 4:30 p.m. Concert café with Duo Kelale in the festival tent. The music will continue afterward.
- 6:30 p.m. Big-head figure procession through the neighborhood streets, accompanied by Charanga Espartanos.

- 12:00 p.m. Show for adults, "Things from Our Neighborhood," at the Manuel Vázquez Guardiola Civic Center.
