The project will add 234 market-rate homes in one of Zaragoza’s areas expected to continue transforming in the coming years, particularly following the recent redevelopment of a new section of Avenida Navarra. The large tower will be the development’s most prominent feature and will help change the urban profile around Delicias, where large plots are still awaiting development.
Developer Naiz Homes has now completed the purchase of the land for 25.9 million euros, after the plot was awarded last June. The company will be responsible for developing the new residential complex in one of the area’s last major land-sale transactions.
A HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL AREA
The future complex will consist of four buildings, with a 20-story tower as its main high-rise element. The other three blocks will complete a development that will add more than two hundred homes to the residential offering in the AVE district. The project will bring another major residential development to the area around the station, combining 234 homes with a 60-meter-high building.
