Also ranking near the top are activities at civic centers, with a score of 6.95; community centers for older people, with 6.93; and customer service at municipal offices and services, which scores 6.84. Pedestrian areas receive 6.83, while the Local Police gets 6.77.
Waste collection and waste management score 6.62, while municipal sports facilities receive 6.67 and cultural programming 6.72. Municipal services as a whole therefore remain above the pass mark, although some areas receive noticeably lower ratings.
THE BUS RANKS BELOW THE TRAM
Among mobility-related services, the tram receives a score of 7.30, while the Urban Bus scores 6.19. The Bizi Zaragoza service, meanwhile, receives 6.45. These figures contrast with the fact that public transport and mobility are identified as the city's main problem by residents in the same poll.
At the bottom of the table are parks and gardens, with 6.30; Zaragoza Joven, also with 6.30; and physical, sensory and cognitive accessibility, which scores 5.82. The lowest rating goes to road paving and the maintenance of streets and urban furniture, with 5.36—the only service analyzed to fall clearly close to the pass mark.
