Vivari was founded in 2012 as a small family business and has gradually grown into a chain that continues to expand across Spain without losing its essence: offering fresh, high-quality products.
After establishing its presence in Catalonia and Madrid, the company arrived in Zaragoza a few months ago. Its arrival in the Aragonese capital appears to have been well received, as the chain continues to invest in the city and is now preparing to open its third location.
BRINGING ONE OF ZARAGOZA’S MOST FAMOUS STREETS TO LIFE
The first location opened at number 76 on Avenida Compromiso de Caspe, in the Las Fuentes neighborhood. Shortly afterward came the second, on Avenida de José Anselmo Clavé, a strategic point between the city center, the University area and Delicias. Now, Vivari is taking another step by moving into the heart of Zaragoza’s historic center, specifically on Don Jaime Street.
The premises are located at number 41 on Don Jaime Street, a space that previously also housed a café: Imbyss Cafatería. Vivari is therefore taking over the business and giving the establishment a new lease of life, maintaining its hospitality-focused character in one of the busiest areas of central Zaragoza.
BREAD, PASTRIES AND MENUS FOR TWO EUROS
Vivari’s offering goes beyond coffee, bread and pastries. Its locations also feature savory options and dishes designed for different times of day, from sandwiches and filled rolls to salads, making them suitable for breakfast or an afternoon snack as well as for a quick meal.
They also offer a range of menus and combinations at affordable prices. These include a small beer and coffee —with a choice of coffee with milk, Americano, cortado or black coffee— for €2.10. For the same price, customers can choose a coffee accompanied by a croissant. Those looking for something more substantial can have a sandwich with a drink for €3.50, while a bikini —a toasted ham and cheese sandwich— with coffee costs €4.10.
With this third opening, Vivari is strengthening its commitment to Zaragoza and expanding its presence in the city just a few months after arriving. Its move to Don Jaime Street also adds a new business to one of the city center’s main shopping thoroughfares, which continues to renew its offering with new openings.
