Casablanca is clearly at the top, with 98.2% of residents satisfied or very satisfied with their neighborhood. It is followed by Santa Isabel, at 97.4%; Miralbueno, at 97.3%; La Almozara, at 96.4%; and Universidad, at 96.1%. All of them are several points above the city average.
DELICIAS, ONE OF THE LEAST SATISFIED NEIGHBORHOODS
The list continues with El Rabal (95.5%), Actur-Rey Fernando (94%), Distrito Sur (93.3%), Centro (93.1%) and San José (91.1%). La Almozara, Oliver-Valdefierro and other districts occupy intermediate positions. The list continues with Las Fuentes (81.3%), Delicias (67.6%) and the rural neighborhoods (85.4%), which record the lowest percentages overall.
In Delicias, moreover, 22.5% of respondents say they are "somewhat dissatisfied" and another 9.9% "not at all satisfied". The result thus highlights a considerable gap between neighborhoods with the most positive perception and those where resident satisfaction is lower.
Across Zaragoza as a whole, 40.6% say they are very satisfied with living in their neighborhood and 49.2% satisfied, compared with 8.4% who are somewhat dissatisfied and 1.5% who are not at all satisfied. The overall result means that practically nine out of ten residents have a positive view of the place where they live.
