Candanchú offers 100 jobs for the 2026-2027 ski season: these are the positions

Candanchú is already preparing for the next ski season and has opened its job pool with 100 vacancies at the ski resort in the Huesca Pyrenees for the 2026-2027 season. The positions range from jobs on the slopes and lifts to roles in hospitality, customer service, maintenance and marketing.

The resort is particularly seeking staff for its lifts, with 24 vacancies, as well as 20 ski instructors. It also needs to hire eight slope patrollers, responsible for safety, piste marking and assistance on the slopes, along with four snow groomer operators.

THE 100 JOBS AT CANDANCHÚ

The vacancies also include 10 positions in ticket offices and customer service, and nine in ski and snowboard equipment rental, including a section manager. In hospitality, the resort is seeking 10 waiting staff assistants and five kitchen assistants.

Candanchú is also offering two administrative positions related to managing groups, schools and agencies, as well as two jobs in the snow garden or nursery, aimed at children between 3 and 7 years old.

The maintenance department is hiring two facilities and machinery technicians and two electrical technicians. The offer is completed by a marketing and communications manager and a marketing and events technician.

Those interested can check the conditions for each position and submit their résumé through the Candanchú employment portal. The resort will also provide bus transportation from Jaca, with stops in different villages in the valley, as well as specific initial training for each position.

The opening of this job pool comes after a successful 2025-2026 season. Candanchú began the season on December 5, coinciding with the Constitution holiday weekend and the joint opening of the 100-kilometer ski area with Astún, and closed it on April 5 with record attendance. Across Aragón, Aramón also recorded its best season, with more than 1.248 million users at its five resorts.
