The organizers already have 92 vehicles registered, although they expect to comfortably exceed 100 during the event. Classic car enthusiasts from Calatayud and the surrounding area will be joined by participants from across Aragón and provinces such as Valencia, Castellón and Soria. “We want to make this gathering the biggest in our region,” explains Álex Alonso, a member of the club.
PARQUE DE LA SERNA WILL BE THE MEETING POINT
The first vehicles will begin arriving at 9:00 a.m. at Parque de la Serna, which this year will host the gathering instead of Plaza del Fuerte. There, residents and visitors will be able to admire cars from different makes and eras throughout the morning, many of them now genuine collector’s items.
Around half of the participating cars belong to owners from Calatayud and other municipalities in the comarca. Recognizable models such as the Volkswagen Beetle and the Seat 600 will be among them, alongside other vehicles that defined different generations and offer a journey through several decades of automotive industry development.

A TOUR OF CALATAYUD AND A TRIBUTE TO TWO MEMBERS
At 1:00 p.m., the classic cars will leave Parque de la Serna to begin a tour through the streets of Calatayud. Their designs, engine sounds and the colorful variety of models will once again attract attention as they pass through the city, during an event through which the club wants to share its passion with everyone.
This year’s edition will also have a particularly emotional component. The Club Clásicos Comarca de Calatayud will pay tribute to two deceased members, Paco Romero and Juan José Navarro, known as “Chichetas,” and will give gifts to attendees. The gathering will conclude with a fellowship meal for the collectors, who keep vehicles that have become witnesses to automotive history on the road.
