According to information gathered at around 8:50 a.m., service was suspended between the Legaz Lacambra and Rosalía de Castro stops, in the direction of Valdespartera.
A tram was seen stopped near Rosalía de Castro, while minutes later, at around 9:00 a.m., another train was also reported to be stopped at Martínez Soria.
An ambulance and Local Police officers were at the latter location, although the circumstances of the incident and whether an accident occurred remain unknown. Tram services have since been restored.
