Starting with those who have played, the goalkeeper is a separate case. Real Zaragoza's starter has been Sem Westerveld. He conceded twice in the first match and made good saves in the team's debut at Ibercaja Estadio to keep a clean sheet. Barring a major surprise, he will continue to add minutes on matchday three.
Now to the outfield players. With 180 minutes across two matches, the player most used by Real Zaragoza coach Ibai Gómez has been Joaquín Delgado. He has played every minute and is the only player to have done so in both of the team's matches.

However, the only player to have scored for Real Zaragoza has been Edu Espiau. He has played just ten minutes all season, but he is the player who has found the net. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that he could be part of the starting lineup in the next match.
After Joaquín Delgado, the two players with the most minutes, 172, have been Lucas Terrer and Ander Herrera. They have played just one minute more than Pau Sans.
It remains to be seen what happens with the players expected to be vital for Real Zaragoza. Iranzo, Diego González and Sangalli have already made their debuts and, in principle, will have important roles.
THOSE WITH THE FEWEST MINUTES
On the other side are those who have been relied on the least. Two players remain completely unused at Real Zaragoza: Saidu and Pinilla. Ibai Gómez has not called on either of them so far. Therefore, as the season progresses, it will be necessary to see whether they find a place in the team or become candidates to leave in the winter.
The lack of minutes for Rubén Díez ‘Jamelli’ is also surprising. He was signed as a difference-maker for Primera RFEF after an outstanding season with Ceuta in the Segunda División. However, after two official matches, his involvement with Real Zaragoza amounts to just ten minutes, including stoppage time.
This is the case under the microscope. The midfielder was expected to lead the team in Primera RFEF, but Ibai Gómez's choices are currently going in a different direction. Even so, as the matchdays pass, he should begin featuring regularly in the starting lineup.
