These season-ticket holders are joined by 5.078 Real Zaragoza supporters without a seat at Ibercaja Estadio. The total number of members stands at 23.503, 486 more than last year. It is something inexplicable for a fan base that, in difficult times—a reality it is sadly becoming accustomed to—always responds beyond expectations.
"Now more than ever, Real Zaragoza's supporters have once again demonstrated their unwavering support and commitment to the team, which enjoyed a great atmosphere at its stadium last Saturday and was able to claim its first three points of the season with its fans behind it," the club's statement reads.
The Aragonese club also notes that the last available seats at Ibercaja Estadio are still up for grabs for anyone wishing to join this fan base's blessed madness.
