No Sign of Injury Problems at Real Zaragoza

Everything continues normally at Real Zaragoza. There is no sign of physical problems in the squad. The players who picked up knocks against Juventud de Torremolinos — Ander Herrera, Diego González and Rubo Iranzo — also trained under coach Ibai Gómez on Thursday, as did Edu Espiau. If they continue this way, they will be included in the squad against Cartagena.
No Sign of Injury Problems at Real Zaragoza

This Thursday, Real Zaragoza returned to training at the Ciudad Deportiva. They began with stretching exercises before moving on to ball work. There was no sign of any injuries during the portion of the session open to the press, which lasted approximately 15 minutes. It was exactly the same as on Wednesday, at the start of preparations for the upcoming match.

In other words, there are no injuries. Real Zaragoza's treatment room is completely empty, which is excellent news. For now, medical reports are notable by their absence.

TWO MORE SESSIONS

Once Thursday's session is over, Real Zaragoza will have two more training sessions to prepare for the match against Cartagena. Friday's session is scheduled to take place at the Ciudad Deportiva, while Saturday's will be held at the Ibercaja Estadio. That is where the aforementioned match is due to be played.

If there are no setbacks during these training sessions, Ibai Gómez will have all his players available for the match, including those who may have experienced muscular problems. The coach will be able to begin putting together a regular starting eleven at Real Zaragoza if he wishes.

REUNION WITH THE FANS

It is time to return home. Real Zaragoza will meet its fans again this Sunday against Cartagena at 8:30 p.m. at the Ibercaja Estadio. That is where the match is scheduled to take place, and the team from Zaragoza must win again. It must also begin to confirm that this is more than a temporary stadium: it is a true home.
