Movistar will broadcast more than 250 games that will make up a season in which the platform will offer one exclusive game per round, while showing the other seven games from each round on its different channels. This latter series of games can also be watched through other national operators.
For Casademont, this also represents an opportunity to increase the visibility of a project entering a particularly ambitious season after a historic 2025-2026 campaign. The team coached by Carlos Cantero won the Super Cup, claimed the bronze medal in the EuroLeague and finished as runners-up in Liga Femenina Endesa, results that have established the team as one of the leading forces in Spanish womenás basketball.
THE NEW SEASON
The new season will officially begin with the Liga Femenina Endesa Super Cup on the final weekend of September and continue with the start of the domestic competition during the first weekend of October. Casademont will defend its status as one of the main contenders in a league that will receive greater exposure, allowing the Marea Roja and womenás basketball fans to closely follow the red-and-white team throughout the season.
The agreement represents, in the words of Spanish Basketball Federation president Elisa Aguilar, a commitment to "one of the best international competitions" and to the growth of womenás basketball in Spain. "The level of our Liga Femenina Endesa has grown exponentially in recent years, and I am sure that the addition of Movistar Plus to our audiovisual landscape will make a decisive contribution to ensuring that this progress does not stop," the president added.
