As the Alcantarilla club announced on Wednesday, Mané is joining the roster as a temporary reinforcement during a period in which the team coached by Bernat Canut will be without talented player Lou López Sénéchal. The French player therefore returns to the Murcia-based side after having strengthened the team’s perimeter midway through last season.
“Her arrival will allow Hozono Global Jairis to broaden its options in the outside positions during the first months of the competition with a player who already knows the team, the coaching staff and the club’s working methods, which will facilitate her adaptation from the outset,” the Murcia club said in its announcement of the French wing’s signing.
POTENTIAL SUPERCUP RIVAL
Mané, who joined Casademont in December 2024 to strengthen Carlos Cantero’s roster and stayed until the end of the season before moving on to Gran Canaria and China, has now signed for a team that could soon face the Aragonese club in the final that will decide the first title of the season: the Super Cup.
If Casademont beats Valencia Basket in the first semifinal on Saturday, September 26 (5:15 p.m.) and Hozono Global Jairis does the same against Innova-tsn Leganés (8:00 p.m.), the Zaragoza and Murcia sides will meet in the competition’s decisive game, which will take place on Sunday, September 27 at 5:00 p.m.
