The Dominican has been given another opportunity in the ACB after his spell in Zaragoza failed to leave a good impression, as his performances were marked by inconsistency.
HIS HALF-SEASON IN ZARAGOZA
Soriano had to leave halfway through the season for ratiopharm Ulm of the German Bundesliga because his performance at Casademont Zaragoza was disastrous. This was mainly because he arrived as competition for Dubljevic but never managed to become that, forcing the club to sign Koumadje with the season already underway after seeing the Dominican's level.
During his half-season in Zaragoza, the center played 16 ACB games, averaging 7.6 points, 3.4 rebounds and 6.9 valuation points in 13 minutes per game. In the FIBA Europe Cup, meanwhile, he played nine games, recording 6.7 points, 3.1 rebounds and 5.9 valuation points in nearly 15 minutes per game.
