Dani Gómez was one of the few players from the relegated squad who was still without a club and has chosen to move to Japan rather than continue in Spain. During his season and a half at Real Zaragoza, he played 48 matches in total, scoring 13 goals in the club's white shirt.
PLAYERS WITHOUT A CLUB
Following the confirmation of Dani Gómez's move to FC Tokyo, one fewer player from the squad involved in the disastrous relegation is without a club after leaving Real Zaragoza.
Currently, only five players from the squad remain free agents after the summer transfer window, although they can sign at any time as free agents. They are Insua, Radovanovic, Toni Moya, Raúl Guti and Paulino de la Fuente.
