This agreement marks a new milestone in the project announced last July 14, when A.GAIN announced its entry into the shareholding structure and assumed management of the club, in coordination with the existing structure and with the aim of guaranteeing institutional stability and continuity for the sporting project.

The deal will be submitted for ratification at Real Zaragoza's next Ordinary General Meeting, which is expected to be called in the coming weeks and held in December. At the meeting, a capital increase will also be approved, raising A.GAIN's stake to 60%, while current shareholders Juan Forcén and Jorge Mas will jointly retain the remaining 40%. The meeting will also establish the club's new Board of Directors and approve the accounts for the financial year ending.

The new shareholding structure forms a strategic alliance aimed at bringing together the capabilities needed to reinforce the club's stability and ensure sporting competitiveness, in line with the demands of an institution the size of Real Zaragoza and the expectations of one of the world's most prominent fan bases. The project remains focused on the long term, with particular attention to youth development, investment in talent and collaboration with the fans and the wider society of Zaragoza and Aragon.

With the signing of the deal, Real Zaragoza moves forward with the consolidation of a new institutional phase, aimed at strengthening the club's ties with the Zaragoza identity, the city and the region, while laying the foundations for sustainable growth that will enable Real Zaragoza to reclaim the sporting position befitting its history.
