The developer is already looking beyond this first project in Zaragoza and is studying new opportunities to expand its portfolio in the city. The capital is thus becoming one of the company’s new strategic markets, as Lagos Miralbueno reinforces its commitment to the cooperative model as a way of accessing housing.

Lagos Miralbueno will offer different types of homes, including apartments with terraces and penthouses. All of them will come with a parking space and storage room.
The project will pay particular attention to its shared facilities, which are designed as an extension of the homes themselves. The development will include a swimming pool, gym, social room, children’s playroom, playground and pickleball court, as well as spaces dedicated to leisure, wellbeing and community life.
PRICES FROM €292,000 AND COMPLETION IN 2029
The development will be built in Miralbueno, a distinctly residential and family-oriented area that has undergone significant growth in recent years. The district has services, green spaces and good connections to central Zaragoza, Zaragoza-Delicias station, the airport and the city’s main roads.
Marketing for Lagos Miralbueno begins this September, with prices starting at €292,000, while completion of the homes is scheduled for 2029.
