The recruitment process also covers staffing needs at Javalambre and Valdelinares, as well as vacancies at the Aramón Ski & Snowboard School. In the latter case, the company is seeking sports instructors specializing in alpine skiing and snowboarding, as well as employees for customer service positions. During the previous winter season, the group reached peaks of up to 1,300 employees, with an average of 970 people working throughout the season.

A significant proportion of this workforce has close ties to Aragón. According to data provided by the company, nearly 70% of employees come from the valleys where the resorts are located or from elsewhere in the region, while eight out of ten employees return from one season to the next. They are joined by professionals mainly from Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona, as well as workers from abroad. The company also estimates that the resorts' activities generate up to 13,000 indirect jobs linked to mountain tourism.

Aramón Group Human Resources Director Carlos González highlights the continuity of the workforce despite the seasonal nature of the activity. “One of Aramón's major strengths is its ability to create stable employment within a seasonal business. We have experienced teams, a high return rate and strong ties to the region,” he says. The opening of the jobs portal is one of the first steps in preparing for the new winter season, ahead of the selection and training in the coming weeks of the teams that will work at the four resorts in Aragón.
