ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND LEADERSHIP
The program will begin on Friday with a workshop on artificial intelligence applied to entrepreneurship, led by Liquid. Participants will learn how to use this technology to generate ideas, analyze information, improve processes and strengthen the presentation of their projects. On Saturday, activities will continue with sessions focused on leadership through art and skills such as communication, active listening, change management and emotional intelligence.
The day will conclude with a Socially Responsible Entrepreneurship workshop led by Alwa, aimed at integrating social values, sustainability and ethical commitment into the design of each initiative. The participating projects address areas such as health, education, social inclusion, the environment, culture, equal opportunities and technology applied to social impact.
A PROGRAM TO ACCELERATE PROJECTS
This year, Generación Propósito 2.0 is introducing a more practical and personalized support model divided into two pathways: Pre-Acceleration, for young people starting out with an initial idea, and Acceleration, aimed at those who already have a defined project and want to consolidate, validate and prepare it for growth.
After the bootcamps, participants will continue their training during September and October and will be able to attend an in-person Campus in Girona, taking place from November 12 to 15. There, up to 50 young people will present the progress of their initiatives, and five projects will be selected to receive six months of personalized mentoring from Aticco Lab aimed at supporting their consolidation and growth.
