The call will have a budget of €4.58 million and will support 1,480 people over 16 months. In addition, participants may receive incentives of up to €810 linked to their entry into the labor market.
PERSONALIZED SUPPORT TO RETURN TO THE LABOR MARKET
Initially, the program will offer support tailored to each participant, starting with an assessment of their professional situation and the preparation of an individualized plan. Their experience, skills, interests and need to update their professional profile will be taken into account when designing it.
Planned measures include career guidance, CV improvement, the acquisition of digital skills, interview preparation and support during the job search. Information will also be provided on training, skills certification, self-employment and contact with companies.
WOMEN AND THE LONG-TERM UNEMPLOYED AMONG THE PRIORITIES
People aged 45 or over who are unemployed and registered as jobseekers may participate, as may workers with permanent seasonal contracts during their periods of inactivity. The program aims for women to make up 60% of participants and for at least 40% to receive unemployment benefits, subsidies or other forms of income protection against unemployment.
The call will also pay special attention to the long-term unemployed and seeks to facilitate access to the program throughout Aragon. To this end, projects carried out in the provinces of Huesca and Teruel will receive a higher score, particularly with the aim of reaching rural areas.
MORE THAN HALF FOUND WORK IN THE PREVIOUS PROGRAM
The new PRO-IN +45 program is based on the results of the previous program aimed at people over 52. That initiative supported 1,456 people, 774 of whom worked for at least 90 days, representing a labor market integration rate of 53.2%. In addition, 869 participants received incentives for entering the labor market.
Likewise, the subsidies are aimed at private nonprofit organizations established in Aragon, which will have 15 business days to submit their applications after the call is published in the BOA. Unemployed people interested in the program do not have to apply for this assistance directly: they may be proposed by participating organizations or referred by employment offices, and INAEM will verify that they meet the requirements.
