Today, sitting on one of its terraces, ordering a vermouth and waiting for the tapas is enough to find yourself in a place whose former name was considerably less appealing. Before it took that illustrious surname, and even before El Tubo became one of Zaragoza’s best-known places for eating and drinking, this small street in the historic center was known as Calle de las Moscas.
