“It’s a unique place in Zaragoza, in Aragón and, I would even say, in Spain,” says Juan Carlos Loras, owner of Más Bula alongside his business partner Iván Beltrán. “This is the first franchise we are developing,” he explains. Although they have had their Bula restaurants in the Aragonese capital for 20 years, they have now decided to take another step forward and embrace the franchise model.
BRINGING MOTORSPORT TO THE WORLD OF GOOD FOOD
At number 6 Calle Arzobispo Apaolaza, the new Más Bula restaurant is connected by a corridor to Nexo Racing. “We have tried to create a community around the world of online motorsport and racing simulation, and give it a food offering that we believe is already well established, at least here in Zaragoza,” says Juan Carlos.
Although its menu is limited, it is sure to impress. Its offerings include tapas to share, such as croquettes available in four varieties: cod, ham, scarlet shrimp and ternasco lamb. The menu is rounded out with risottos, salads, huevos rotos and even mini burgers, with options to suit every taste.
WHAT IS NEXO RACING?
At the back of the venue is Nexo Racing, a space with more than 14 driving simulators where you can compete in a race with your friends. The idea came about בעקבות a curious experience.

“A few years ago, I was at a track with a friend, and he told me that a week earlier he had shared the track with some young people who did not have driving licenses and had absolutely thrashed him,” recalls Benjamín, owner of Nexo Racing. Surprised by what had happened, his friend explained that there were simulators capable of recreating the reality of racing circuits with great precision.
From the union of two passions—gastronomy and motorsport—this unique venue was born in the heart of the Aragonese capital’s university district, ready for a casual outing or celebrations.
