The public has placed Zaragoza’s creation among the leading highlights of this year’s edition. For the second consecutive year, the Popular Jury was made up of the winners of Palencia’s Bravas Routes, tapas enthusiasts who sampled the creations of the 18 finalists at the Hotel Rey Sancho before choosing the Aragonese recipe as their favorite. The Palencia Local Development Agency and La Chinata presented and awarded the prize to the Zaragoza delegation.

The recognition came after Luigi Rubertone’s live cooking demonstration. Foodverzo arrived in Palencia backed by its title as champion of ‘Zaragoza Brava 2025’, and its creation went up against the other finalist recipes before the popular jury.
