Two minutes from El Pilar: new brand to give well-known Zaragoza venue a second life

Zaragoza residents are used to seeing businesses on Don Jaime Street, one of the city’s main thoroughfares, change over time. Last September, almost unexpectedly, one of the sweetest establishments on this central street closed its doors. Funky Rolls thus said goodbye to its customers and its famous cinnamon rolls, donuts, cookies and other American treats.

The premises are now preparing for a 180-degree change. The smell of cinnamon and freshly baked pastries will no longer fill the space, which will completely change its business to make way for something very different: a watch shop. World Watch Museum is arriving to add a new sparkle to one of the best-known streets in the Aragonese capital.

WHAT THE BRAND IS AND WHERE IT IS LOCATED IN ZARAGOZA

The brand, which currently has just two stores in Madrid, has begun expanding across the rest of Spain, and Zaragoza will be one of the cities chosen for a new store. Specifically, the watch shop will open at number 44 on Don Jaime I Street, right in the center of the Aragonese capital. But this will not be its only opening, as the company also plans to establish a presence in other cities such as Logroño, Barcelona, Málaga and Valencia.

The store offers a catalog featuring as many as 64 different watch brands and more than 11,000 references, providing a wide variety of models for every taste and budget. These range from more affordable options, with prices starting at 200 euros, to high-end watches costing more than 1,000 euros.

World Watch Museum is thus bringing new life to premises that had been closed since last September. With this opening, Zaragoza residents will have a new watch store just two minutes from El Pilar, offering an accessory that, for many, goes far beyond its practical use and has become an essential part of everyday life.
