GranCasa will turn the south plaza, next to the main entrance, into a space dedicated to sport and solidarity. Pink tones, a symbol of breast cancer awareness, will feature prominently in the setting for an event that aims to encourage public participation and raise visibility for a disease that affects thousands of women and families. Based on the idea that every movement counts, visitors will be able to support the cause through a shared experience.
PILATES AND ZUMBA TO SUPPORT THE FIGHT AGAINST BREAST CANCER
The program, organized together with VivaGym GranCasa, will feature two activities adapted to different profiles and fitness levels. The first will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a Pilates session focused on strengthening muscles, improving balance and working on mobility. Later, at 7:00 p.m., it will be time for Zumba Dance, an activity combining dance, music and cardiovascular exercise in a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.
The program is organized together with VivaGym GranCasa
The event will have a charitable purpose, as all proceeds will go to the Spanish Association Against Cancer to support its work. Those wishing to take part can register through the link provided for the activity.
GranCasa will also offer an alternative for those who wish to contribute without taking part in physical exercise. Those interested will be able to purchase a solidarity pack as a “zero bib,” an option that will allow them to join the initiative without attending the sports sessions.
GRANCASA PREPARES A SPECIAL EVENT ON OCTOBER 19
On Monday, October 19, World Breast Cancer Day, the shopping center will organize a special information and awareness event ahead of the Solidarity Fitness Day. The activity will help publicize the event on the 23rd, encourage registrations and invite visitors to support the cause.
“We want GranCasa to remain a space open to initiatives that add value to our surroundings. The Solidarity Fitness Day is an opportunity to enjoy sport and, above all, join forces for a good cause,” says Susana Betrán, manager of GranCasa.
