This Sunday's broadcast will begin at 6:00 a.m. with the program “20 years of vaquillas on Aragón TV,” which will look back at some of the best moments from two decades of broadcasts. At 7:55 a.m., the channel will begin its live connection with Zaragoza's bullring to follow the day's events.
AFTERNOON REBROADCAST TO BE OFFERED
Those unable to get up early will have a second chance to watch the vaquillas, as Aragón TV will offer a rebroadcast at 4:00 p.m. All broadcasts will be available both on the regional television channel and on Aragón Play, through its website, mobile applications and the new app for Smart TVs.
The return of the broadcasts comes after the channel initially announced that it would not air the vaquillas this year because it had failed to reach an agreement with the company managing the bullring. According to Aragón TV, the company had proposed a price 500% higher than the previous year's. The possibility of losing this content, which achieved an average 44.5% audience share across its seven live broadcasts in 2024, had caused uncertainty among viewers.
