The plot, identified as R5-2 and located in the F-55-5 intervention area, covers 2,664.32 square meters and has a buildable area of 10,307.79 square meters. Planning regulations allow buildings of up to a ground floor plus seven upper floors. The land is free of encumbrances, and urban development works in the surrounding area are already underway.
The contract will be awarded through a public procedure in which the financial offer will not be the only factor taken into account. The tender documents also provide for improvements to the payment schedule and, especially, the bidders' technical proposals. Priority will be given to projects that can shorten construction times and guarantee homes with high standards of quality, energy efficiency and bioclimatic design.
