The warm atmosphere, relaxing music and three dog baths, equipped with every comfort, invite visitors into this establishment, located at number 18 Calle Fernando García Gazulla, in Arrabal, opposite Tío Jorge Park.
A SPACE THAT CONVEYS TRANQUILITY
“We saw that there was a need for this type of service,” Laura explains. So, after conducting a market study of the area, she was sure. “We saw that most people here live in apartments and that a space where they could bathe their dogs was necessary,” she says. She therefore got to work in December, and it was finally on July 23 that Patas & Espuma opened its doors.

For Laura, comfort for both people and dogs came first. “The measurements were designed to take even the smallest details into account. The design was created so that dogs can be comfortable and have enough space, and so that people can also enjoy every convenience.”
She also places great emphasis on hygiene and the importance of keeping the space clean. “It is very important to us; one of our biggest priorities is keeping the place completely clean and disinfected. It is also something we want to set us apart.”
THE PROCESS AND COST OF WASHING YOUR DOG THERE
The process is very simple and costs just €10, regardless of the dog’s breed. “You only have to press the screen and select the station number. There are three stations and they are all identical. The screen then takes you to the card payment stage, and the machine confirms that you have paid.”
“Then the machine confirms that the payment has been approved and takes you to a screen that says ‘press to activate’. Your time does not start counting until you press it. You press it, and then you have the station with everything fully automated.” Laura explains the process step by step.

From the moment you activate the process, you have 20 minutes, including hot and cold water, a professional dryer, shampoo and conditioner. Aprons, gloves and disposable towels are also available. “Everything is included in the same price and prepared at the same station, making it as convenient as possible so they have everything they need,” the owner says.
A WARM WELCOME
After just one month in business, Patas & Espuma is establishing itself in Arrabal as a space designed to make caring for dogs easier. “It has exceeded expectations,” Laura says with a laugh.
The concept combines comfort, hygiene and tranquility and, following a warm welcome from local residents, is entering its first few months with promising prospects. “People have received it well and liked it, so I think it is on the right track,” she admits. Little by little, it is becoming a point of reference for animal lovers in Zaragoza.
